Residential Photography

Professional residential photography services available for real estate professionals and homeowners.

Michael is an experienced real estate photographer providing real estate professionals and homeowners quality images of their property for marketing purposes. His images have been published in property magazines and other periodicals alongside articles and marketing of homes photographed.

Why You Want Professional Images To Market Your Home…

Today most will begin their search for a new home on the internet. Pictures are the first thing potential buyers will see. Pictures can mean the difference between scheduling a showing, or a buyer clicking on another home.

Believe it or not, the picture on the right is of the same home. Which picture would attract your interest?

The first image is a normal snapshot while the second is a professional twilight shot of the same home.

Professional Images Really Do Make A Difference…

Approaching each property as if it were a million dollar listing, Michael will work to obtain the best images of the property for the real estate professional or homeowner.

Part of this approach is to light-up the home. Michael uses multiple off camera lights to photograph the homes interior, allowing for the best possible results. This type of lighting will provide a more natural image of the home as opposed to basic HDR techniques which create a muddy looking image.
